Marc is chairman and CEO of Crum & Forster, a national insurance group consisting of insurance companies and agencies that provide a wide range of specialty and standard insurance products and services.

C&F operates using four major brand names: Crum & Forster, Fairmont Specialty, Seneca, and CoverXSpecialty. The firm is noted for its robust platform with 19 significant business units writing $1.7 billion of premium. C&F recently acquired The Redwoods Group, a unique and mission-driven B Corporation (which meets rigorous standards of social accountability and transparency) that offers insurance and consulting services to YMCAs, Jewish Community Centers, and residential and day camps throughout the country.

C&F has 1800 employees in 54 locations and conducts business through independent agents, brokers, and wholesalers, focusing on property and casualty insurance, as well as accident & health.

The firm offers products and services ranging from environmental to umbrella & excess liability, from propane & petroleum to office buildings, from pet health to bail bonds, and from homeowners' coverage in Hawaii to lawyers' professional liability.

Crum & Forster is part of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, which is traded on the Toronto stock exchange (FFH.TO). Marc has been a member of the Fairfax organization since 2000. Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions in three of C&F's operating units - as president and CEO of Fairmont Specialty, Seneca, and CoverXSpecialty.

Barbra Katz is a Chief Human Resources Officer - SVP at Crum & Forster and is based in New York, New York. She has worked as Senior Vice President Human Resources and Talent Management at LVMH, Chief Human Resources Officer at David Yurman, and Director Human Resources at The Donna Karan Company. Barbra studied at Brooklyn College between 1988 and 1991.

Tom Bredahl is a President and Chief Underwriting Officer, Surplus & Specialty at Crum & Forster and is based in Greater New York City Area. He has worked as Senior Vice President, Head of General Casualty Treaty Underwriting at Odyssey Re; Chief Underwriting Officer at First Mercury at Crum & Forster; and Executive Vice President, Head of Facultative Insurance at Odyssey Re. Tom studied at Middlebury College between 1986 and 1990 and The Wharton School between 2002 and 2002.
