About the role
Join Crunchyroll at the heart of anime creation. As our Director of Studio & Creative Engagement, you'll shape the future of anime by building and nurturing relationships with Japan's top studios and creative partners. Reporting to the VP of Content Strategy & Development, you'll lead our commissioning and co‑production efforts-identifying projects, refining creative pitches, and helping bring beloved stories to life for fans worldwide.
You'll serve as the important bridge between our studio partners in Japan and company partners across Content, Strategy, and Production. You'll play a hands‑on role in shaping the next generation of Crunchyroll Originals, ensuring that every project we champion reflects our passion for storytelling and our commitment to anime culture.

What You'll Do
Lead direct engagement with anime studios and production partners in Japan to identify projects.
Refine creative proposals according to Crunchyroll's content strategy and global audience goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support greenlight decisions, pitch reviews, and ongoing communications throughout development.

About You

About the role
We are looking for a Global Travel & Expense Manager for a 6 month Contract. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing. You will lead the global T&E function, owning policy, systems, monthly close support, travel program oversight, and corporate card management across nine international subsidiaries.

Manage and enforce global T&E policy across subsidiaries; educate employees on Concur and T&E processes.
Oversee the Travel Management Company (TMC), including escalations, ad‑hoc travel issues, payments, and program performance.
Lead monthly T&E close activities, including accrual reporting, aging analysis, and GL reconciliation support.
Run and analyze monthly Concur & Cognos11 reports to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and executive-level visibility.

As an Accessibility Specialist at Crunchyroll you will focus on originating closed captioning and audio description for emerging markets. Make Your Mark:
In your role as a business development representative (BDR), you will be responsible for developing demand for BlackLine's products and solutions. As BDR, you will play an integral part in conveying the value of the BlackLine platform to prospective clients and, in doing so, you will have a direct impact on the future success of BlackLine.
To ensure your success at BlackLine, you'll be immersed in an intensive 6-week training program, so you can hit the ground running and start qualifying leads in your territory. Training is focused on helping you establish successful processes as a BDR and providing a strong foundation for success in the larger sales organization.
You'll Get To:
* Qualify marketing-generated leads from campaigns, website programs, conferences, and other channels.
* Discover and qualify meetings with prospective clients through outbound prospecting into target contacts and organizations.
* Work with prospects to thoroughly understand and align their needs with our solutions.
* Handle software capability questions in the sales qualification process.
* Achieve, and exceed, weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.).
* Assist and coordinate with marketing campaigns as necessary.
* Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and weekly forecasting in Salesforce.com and Outreach.
In just 90 days as a BDR at BlackLine, you will have learned to prospect, cold call, and communicate the value of our platform to one of the most technical and complex audiences"Finance and Accounting.

Summary
The Deal Management Financial Contracts Analyst will audit existing deals by reading the financial terms in the contracts and comparing them against the entries in our financial system. This role is crucial for ensuring that all agreements align with the company's financial reporting.
This is a role contract and goes until the end of September 2026.

Required Qualifications

About the role
The Brand Manager - Partner Relations & Content Marketing plays a key role in enabling key IPs and licensors to thrive in our streaming and other omni-channel experiences as a part of IP Strategy & Development function within the team. In this role, you will be a key stakeholder between our internal teams to ultimately drive and enable marketing collaborations.
Deeply understand your assigned IPs by reading and researching the original sources to enable strong marketing collaborations that resonate with the IP.
Develop IP marketing plans and strategies before acquisition to the end of the IP's terms while cross collaborating within the Partner Relations & Content Marketing team and internal teams.
Oversee the exploitation and use of the IP's likeness and coordinate key marketing beats with the Partner Relations team and Licensors.
Coordinate marketing promotions at events/conventions supporting our partners and talent.
Present IP marketing plans to Licensors in partnership with the Partner Relations team.
Lead the cross-functional efforts for your assigned IPs and strategize promotions to keep the IP active and relevant.
As a Brand Manager, you will report to the Director, IP Strategy & Development.

About You
5+ years of work experience developing long-term marketing plans and promotions for Japanese IP
3+ years of cross-functional collaboration and department experience
Time management experience; such as utilizing tools and processes to maintain and track multiple projects in various stages of completion and progress
Well-organized and detailed oriented, self-driven and own and manage your deliverables without intervention
Enjoy reading and consuming content in various formats regularly: manga, anime, light novels, webtoon, video games, etc.
Ability to be flexible and to change directions quickly, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
Experience working with partners from different cultural backgrounds, particularly Japanese business culture
Experience collaborating with a diverse and multi-functional team
Practiced curiosity; be an avid learner, open to taking on new challenges and tackling tasks outside of your comfort zone
Experience with written and verbal communication
Proficient in either Mac or PC, comfortable navigating software outside of Microsoft Office / Google Apps suites
