Job Overview Summary Responsible for interpreting information package to assemble and produce products. Read and interpret blueprints, position parts., You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision. You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision. Goal is to produce complex product by putting together smaller components. Qualifications * BS in Electrical Engineering * 0-2 years of related electrical engineering experience * HVAC electrical engineering knowledge or experience preferred * HVAC system knowledge or experience in designing refrigeration and or chiller control systems preferred * Independently able to derive control logic from systems problem statements and integrate logic to achieve system control * knowledge or experience with large three phase electric motors or compressors preferred * Knowledge or experience with multiple stage control logic including the integration of low voltage controls to high voltage controls as it relates to motor starters, fuse and circuit breaker protection of electric motor, compressor, and refrigeration equipment preferred * Knowledge or experience with electrical code * Use of the following engineering and design software preferred: Inventor 2010 and/or SolidWorks preferred, AutoCAD 2010, PLM Software (Product Center), ERP Software * Ability to properly size and select electrical components for the project specification requirements * Knowledge of PLC programing preferred * Knowledge of Allen Bradley/Rockwell control platform preferred * Knowledge of RS Logix programming software preferred Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
