Job Overview
Under general direction, performs a variety of routine to medium computer (and their peripherals), networking and communications tasks in support of all Local-Area-Network (LAN) computers; familiar with the most recent computer operating systems on client and servers; maintain and support desktop hardware and software; perform a wide variety of technical duties involved in the installation, repair, and maintenance or personal computers, peripherals, servers and equipment. Respond to IT tickets assigned in support of multi-location users.
Responsibilities
* Install new and / or update computer workstations, printers and peripherals, and client software for local and remote users
* Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network problems; escalate and ask for assistance to resolve problems in a timely manner
* Respond to assigned IT Tickets in a timely manner
* Diagnose computer, network and communications problems
* Perform software reloads and upgrades for computer systems and communications equipment
* Implement computer / user controls to secure and promote the proper functionality of user community networked computers
* Interfaces with vendor technical support staff to deploy and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
* Maintains IT supplies and IT assets inventory and coordinates the disposal of all unwanted IT equipment
* Responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer operations area
* Administer, deploy and support VOIP telephony equipment
* Maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work; exercise time-management, documentation, organizational and communications skills
* Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (English & National Language)
* Organize, prioritize, and coordinate daily workload activities

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Employees are required to wear company provided PPE as/when needed. PPE's may include safety shoes, safety glasses, face shields, FR clothing, cryogenic gloves, cryogenic apron, cut resistant gloves, safety gloves, hearing protection, hard hats & dust masks.

Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $110,000-$180,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. As a supplier of process systems our clients are continuously asking us to provide more balance-of plant scope and additional scope that requires a large portion of vendor purchases. As our projects become larger our need to ensure proper cost basis for our bids becomes more critical.
Job Overview
This role will be responsible of the design of cryogenic liquefaction and distillation facilities. A strength in heat transfer and thermodynamics is required. A fluency with basic computers skills and proficiency in Excel is expected. Familiarity with thermodynamic property estimation tools, process simulation tools, or programming languages is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Model and optimize system performance in the Symmetry process calculator
* Specify evaluate and select major and minor system components including:
o Compression equipment
o Expansion equipment
o Heat exchange equipment
o Distillation columns
o Valves
o Piping
* Create and modify Process Flow Diagrams Heat & Material Balance tables and P&IDs
* Write and review operating and testing procedures
* Calculate plant performance gather preliminary pricing and other engineering information and draft technical proposals for Cosmodyne process plants
* Review safety documentation and scenarios and participate in HAZOP meetings
* Attend remote and onsite support for commissioning activities including plant operation training and troubleshooting
* Development of process tools to improve or streamline design/selection of equipment
* Perform engineering calculations to estimate system size or utility demands
* Review customer specifications and incorporate into existing or new systems
* Work closely with Sales Team Design Team Project Engineers and Field Service Engineers
* Recruiting & training of any junior process engineers
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or other engineering disciple with significant study of refrigeration systems
* Experience working in an engineering research or testing environment
* Experience using process calculators for process system modeling (Symmetry HYSYS CHEMCAD etc.) or significant experience utilizing thermodynamic databases (REFPROP NIST steam tables etc.)
* Experience in a process engineering position or equipment design position for process equipment (turbomachinery or heat exchange equipment)
