OVERVIEWI am an experienced Finance leader with over 17 years of working with Venture Capital & Private Equity-backed companies. I have raised over $100mm of growth equity, venture capital and venture debt, and have achieved multiple successful exits realizing over $500mm for investors at excellent rates of return. I have managed within Software and Information businesses during periods of rapid growth and significant change. My broad Finance experience includes: fund-raising & capital restructuring; business modeling and pricing strategy expertise; contract negotiation; and managing global operations, including offshore Indian operations. My extensive M&A experience includes buy & sell-side, large & small transactions. I am a proven strategic partner, a hands-on and action-oriented leader and an adaptable change manager.My early experience included time at Price Waterhouse (in UK & US), Thomson Financial and Seagram. At Seagram I participated in the acquisition of Universal Studios ($7 Bn) and the sale of Seagram to Vivendi ($30+ Bn).
