About Bhakti Brain Health Clinic
Our everyday work and interactions are rooted in our Core Values:
Cooperation
Our clinic is built on a belief that “we all do better when we all do better” (Paul Wellstone). This value embodies the deeper meaning of the word cooperation, the manifestation of an ongoing commitment to relationship and mutual support. At the core of this value is the vow to adhere to the idea that sometimes I give and sometimes I receive. The embodiment of this idea moves us all forward together. As John F. Kennedy stated, “A rising tide lifts all boats”.
Holistic
We hold a holistic perspective of the workplace - a culture embedded in a mesh work of interconnectedness and interdependence; there are aspects we are responsible
for
and ones we are responsible
to
. Our clinic culture recognizes each individual is a whole on-to themselves and at the same time a part of a larger whole, their department, their company, their community. We encourage, expect and support each individual to act with a sense of responsibility, empowerment, and both agency and connectedness in all they do.
Growth
We value personal and professional growth. Maya Angelou once stated, “When we know better, we do better.” We support each other to exemplify a growth mindset. As a clinic we demonstrate commitment to our, and our employees', growth. In doing so, each of us gives the best of who we are while we continue to learn and cultivate our own capacities and grow toward a personally and professionally rewarding career.
Openness & Being of Service
Our general response to clinic and colleague needs, issues, and concerns is, first and foremost, “how can I help?” We deeply value the act of being of service. This isn't an ideological value, it is a lived one each and every day. This act of service carries through to our clients and professional collaborations. We value openness, characterized by the word, ‘yes', and the intention to consider all possibilities without preconceived notions

Part Time Advanced Kid and Family Therapist
Part time job in Saint Paul, MN
We're looking for a therapist to join our team part-time. We are excited to bring on someone passionate about early childhood work and parent/family involvement. This is a flexible, part-time role with expected 5-10 clients per week, and there is room to grow if you are interested. Referrals are ready and waiting.
Our ideal candidate is someone who truly loves working with young children and feels equally comfortable working with parents and families. Data shows that real progress happens when families are part of the process. This is not a drop-off model-parents are involved in everything we do. This person should be comfortable conceptualizing treatment as a family process and flexible and willing to work with parents to support the best treatment outcomes. In sum, this person should see parents as allies - and integral to facilitating skill use.
Furthermore, our ideal candidate embodies humor, quick wit, and a curious nature coupled with an organized, analytic mind.
Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy to clients, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques and interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, OCD, and other related conditions. Ongoing support and training provided to address any gaps in experience/knowledge.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure coordinated and integrated care for clients.
Actively participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops and trainings, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Generous annual training budget provided for all employees.
Attend weekly group supervision and individual supervision.
Smooth transition
We understand, in this field especially, leaving one job and starting another is daunting! The transition shouldn't be a barrier! Our group outpatient practice is structured to smoothly onboard new clinicians. This is a W2 position and we offer a starting salary, signing bonus, a stream of referrals, hybrid work options, weekly group/individual supervision, annual CE training budget, annual professional fees budget and health/dental reimbursement.
Training, Education and Support
We lead the pack with cutting edge treatments and our reputation, as a practice dedicated to gold standard treatments, allows us to operate at the highest level. Our clinicians are masters of all treatments that work and we are always pushing to learn more to better ourselves and our clients-no settling.
During the first year tenure at the practice, employees attend weekly intensive small group training on OC spectrum disorders, anxiety disorders, phobias, ADHD, family therapy, to name a few. We bring in experts/scientists, regularly, to train our entire group, as we are all lifelong learners. During the last six months we hosted training on Developing Assessment Practices to Know When it's ADHD (and When it's Not), transgender letter writing, SPACE training and Family Based Treatment for eating disorder/disordered eating treatment at an outpatient level (FBT). In addition, a hefty training budget allows employees to customize their training opportunities to build their own fingerprint as a therapist.
Join our team at the Twin Cities CBT Center!
Founded in 2021, we are one of the first and few fee-for-service group practices. This means we are not contracted with insurance companies which allows two things: 1. We design the treatment plan, not the insurance company. 2. We can see fewer clients because we get paid more per hour. We are proud to compensate at the highest level and far surpass the industry standard for W-2 and 1099 positions.
Qualifications
Ph.D., Psy.D., LPCC, LICSW, LMFT and active Minnesota license.
Ideally 4-5+ years of experience working with children and families

The Path to Success
Step 1: Design Assistant (First 6 Months)
Schedule: Includes one evening and one weekend day.
Pay: $16-$18/hr

Pay: $18 + 1% commission on your personal sales
Once you're more comfortable, we'll transition you into a shared role. You'll still support other designers, but now you'll start working directly with clients too. The goal will be to achieve $250K in sales and that can be achieved by focusing on the following skills and behaviors:
Engaging with clients on the floor
Understanding their needs and offering solutions
Building confidence in sales skills and closing business
Managing follow-up and starting to develop a client base
As your confidence and business grow, we can increase your time on the floor.

Schedule: Full-time designer schedule
Pay: 100% commission
Sales Goal: $600K in written sales in year one as a full-time designer
At this point, you'll be running your own business within Gabberts. You'll take projects from start to finish, building relationships and managing every step of the process. The goal is steady growth year over year as your client base expands.
