JOB SUMMARY-
The Swing Shift Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of ski area facilities during swing shift hours. Working after operational hours, this role ensures that lodges, restrooms, dining areas, rental shops, and other public spaces are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next day's guests. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and occasional snow/ice management at building entrances.
This position requires the ability to work independently, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks in a cold-weather environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all resort visitors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
Swing Shift Custodians are responsible for the overall cleanliness of our facility. This position works a swing shift to take advantage of the time that buildings are least occupied.
Engage and welcome all Crystal Mountain guests
Vacuum, sweep and mop all lodge floors and restrooms
Deep clean and stock restrooms
Transport trash and recycling to appropriate containers

Position Overview

Responsibilities
Community Manager Leadership

· Use operating data and monthly operating budgets to provide detailed, on-going feedback to Community Managers to achieve operating and financial objectives. Understand business issues at each community and the performance of all on-site staff well enough to coach Community Managers.
· Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for on-site teams, with a focus on Rent Manager proficiency, customer service, sales support, and compliance.
· Review and approve Community Managers' selection of vendors and their contract terms, assuring the quality and timeliness of execution. Review vendors' compliance with Company insurance requirements.
· Using customized or industry-leading training programs, train all on-site team members in specific, technical operating procedures.
· Supervise Community Managers' move-out home inspections, renovations, marketing and move-ins, assuring timely turnovers and new tenants' lease documentation.
· Advise the Vice President, Property Performance on staffing levels and customized compensation structures and amounts.

Marketing and Sales Company Leadership
· Lead creating the Company's SOPs for POH leasing and sales. Gather best practices from colleagues, Company consultants and industry leaders to create SOPs and associated SaaS, IT and documentation.
· Supervise Community Managers' execution of the Company's marketing, sales and advertising efforts. With the Director, Home Sales and Leasing, contribute help develop and implement a program to convert home renters into home owners.
· With the Director of Sales and Marketing, train on-site teams in effective sales and customer support.
· Supervise Community Managers' execution of community owned home inspections, renovations and move-ins to assure timely turnovers and proper lease documentation.
· With Vice President, Property Performance and Vice President, Asset Maximization, set quarterly goals for community-owned home sales and vacant site fill.
Financial Management

Resident Service

Job Responsibilities:
Attend to all guest needs in the restaurant ensuring responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
Answers phones and radio working directly with other personnel to maintain the dining areas, including set up and busing of tables as needed
Work on the floor or in the kitchen, wherever needed, to ensure smooth operation
Act as supervisor in the absence of a chef, including managing payroll and attendance
Assists in the ongoing training of staff and provides any necessary feedback
Enforce and comply with all applicable regulations pertaining to health and safety requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests
Ensure cleanliness and operation of restaurant and equipment through inspection and adherence to preventative maintenance programs
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Previous restaurant, supervisory or guest service experience required
Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

JOB SUMMARY-
The Waste Collector is responsible for all refuse including trash, recycling, and compost within Crystal Mountain Resort Operations and works to provide the best possible guest experience. Following standard operating procedures and all safety regulations relating to the operation of company vehicles, trash compactor, recycling compactor, and compost machine. Responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization and sanitation of the compactor shed, associated dumpsters, and the surrounding areas. Works to develop a positive image of the sustainability efforts of Crystal Mountain Resort. Dependent on waste removal needs, they may also be responsible for janitorial duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
The Waste Organizer is responsible for ensuring that all mountain waste is sorted and disposed of in the proper receptacles.
Engage and welcome all Crystal Mountain guests
Sort all compost to ensure that only compost is being put into the composting machine
Sort all recycling to ensure that only the correct recyclable materials are put into the recycling compactor
Sort all landfill bags to ensure that only what needs to go to the landfill is put into the landfill compactor
Clean sorting stations and facility at the end of shift
Removal of trash, recycling, and compost at Crystal Mountain including the day lodge, Campbell Basin, Summit House, and making rounds through departments as needs arise.
Haul trash from Crystal Mountain Base area to perspective compactor in shop yard.
Empty and sort the refuse that comes down from the Campbell Basin trailer haul.
Maintain cleanliness of trash room, compost buckets, food haul trailer and surrounding areas.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS-
Ability to work nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
Manual dexterity to operate a mop, vacuum, move carts and carry dishes.
Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
