When I worked at CSI, I had a good experience. Great leadership. Most were working for good to support children, families, and providers.
More professional development and customer service training were needed for staff.

Non profit work, community oriented.
Non diverse working environment, low wages, company culture and morale is toxic with staff who hate it but don’t leave. Old operating systems.

She is unfit for leadership, cares more about external relationships than her team. The leadership team is stuck and can’t make improvements or decisions due to her micromanagement.
A change is Leadership, someone with a fresh perspective on non-profit work and getting rid of toxic employees.
