Job Description
THE POSITION:
At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We're open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can't wait.
The most important aspect of this position is to productively execute the movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment per EVERSANA SOPs. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift).
Essential Functions
Comply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Fulfill tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions
Identify, locate, and gather product for distribution to specified areas
Assemble, build, and transport customer orders
Certified to operate Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift to transport items through our certification program
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Operate EVERSANA RF device

Adherence to all manufacturing requirements including Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Meet all shift requirements as assigned (timely, uniform, etc.)

This role takes place in a temperature-controlled environment year-round.

Shoes should be sturdy and provide full coverage, ensuring no skin or socks are visible through the shoe material. Once the probationary period has concluded (60 days) employees receive an allotment to receive customized EVERSANA uniforms.

Work experience in a fast-paced, distribution warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred
Previous forklift operation experience required.

Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation (a calculator may be used)
Ability to follow instructions without deviation required
Ability to work the required hours (expect 40hrs/week), in addition to overtime (as needed)

* Previous experience working in a similar position, preferably in a pharmaceutical/bulk chemical/EPA regulated environment.
* Good working knowledge of Air Cargo security regulations, Dangerous Goods handling requirements and chemical safety requirements (e.g. CLP labelling and SDS interpretation)
* Previous certification of training and prior experience in driving forklifts (REACH and Counterbalance) would be an advantage
* Team player, mature judgment, attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making ability.
* Ability to identify, develop and deliver on process improvement opportunities (6-S green/blue belt)
* Energetic committed individual who can work in a flexible way when necessary.
* Good communication skills and organizational skills
* Mechanical aptitude and good software skills (SAP, SCADA, MS Office, etc.) are essential for this role.

Purpose:
The Warehouse Coordinator manages receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. This role assists with general maintenance of pharmacies and building facilities.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:
High School Diploma required at the minimum.
Must be able to read, understand, and follow SOP's
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word programs.

Excellent organization and planning skills.
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic manufacturing and supply chain preferred.
1-2 years of experience in warehouse functions including material ordering, shipping, receiving, material management, staging transporting, inventory maintenance and record keeping in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and accountability of inventoried material at the facility including location, status and lot control.
Responsible for coordination of all shipping activities from Lee Laboratories.
Responsible for all inventory transactions required to receive and disperse material.
Responsible for ensuring proper documentation (ie. OSHA compliance documentation, packing slips) and processing all receipts against purchase orders.
Ensure expedient delivery of materials to all functional areas.
Perform monthly cycle counts and inventory discrepancy reconciliations
Print packing slips, commercial invoices, and other necessary shipping documents.
Identifies proper location and storage of items, methods of movement of materials and release of materials
Responsible for physical disposition of scrap and obsolete products with guidance from QA and/or Materials Management
Establish most economical shipping routes and quote shipping charges.
Knowledge and Skills:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Pull and load customer orders for delivery from the warehouse by item number and quantity as directed by picking ticket in priority assigned.

* Applicants must be able to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis.
* Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
* Support manufacturing processes with forklift line support.
* Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations and GMP policies.
* Process transactions in company-wide ERP system as it relates to product movement, material consumption, and order fulfillment.
