The Clerk is required to create, maintain, and organize branch activity records. Assist in a high-volume call center. Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the office.
Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Maintain accurate files of inbound/outbound paperwork.
Order Office and sales supplies.
Inputs waste information from drivers into the Logfret computer program.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including, but not limited to: environmental and regulatory, human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma preferred.

A hospitality professional comes to work on time in the proper uniform, both clean and pressed, with all necessary tools needed to perform their job. This includes their unique talents, a welcoming disposition, necessary menu and restaurant knowledge, and a commitment to teamwork.
A host greets customers as they enter a restaurant with a warm welcome and officially begins their PJ Clarke's experience. This may include taking reservations using OpenTable, constructing a waitlist, escorting the guests to their seats, pulling out chairs and providing the necessary menus. Hosts are responsible for the planning and organization of the dining areas during their shift. This includes thoughtfully plotting the reservations and communicating with the management team. Hosts also handle phone calls and guest queries regarding the restaurant and menu. In addition, the hosts run our delivery service using both Aloha and the online delivery services. They are accountable for all delivery financial transactions.
Hosts are responsible for preparing, maintaining, breaking down, and cleaning their work area according to their designated side work.
Requirements
Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
Ability to work, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
Does high-quality work while unsupervised
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
Able to move at least 40 pounds
Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
Great organizational skills
A team player with good communication skills
POS experience preferred

Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Servers at our Golden Ocala, FL location, who would like to work for an upscale and private country club in a beautiful and organized kitchen. Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club.
Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services
Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
Take food or beverages orders from guests.
Explain to guests how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
Write guests' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Garnish and decorate dishes in preparation for serving.
Serve food or beverages to guests and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for guests, and chill bottles of wine.
Describe and recommend wines to guests.
Check guests' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Bring wine selections to tables with appropriate glasses and pour the wines for guests.
Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, portioning desserts, and brewing coffee.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
Collect payments from guests.
Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
Clean tables or counters after guests have finished dining.
Assist host or hostess by answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, and by greeting, seating, and thanking guests.
Roll silverware, set up food stations or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties.
Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathroom.
Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Provide guests with information about local areas, including giving directions.

This is a part-time/seasonal position with a variable work schedule. This position is employed by an affiliated company of Patriot Rail.
Tucked into the charming mountain village of Blue Ridge, Georgia in the lush Chattahoochee National Forest. The area is known as the "antique capital" of Georgia with friendly folks and an old time atmosphere.
Our regular 4-hour, 26 mile round trip winds along the beautiful Toccoa River in vintage, climate-controlled or open-air rail cars.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend safety briefings (pre-trip).
Verify assigned car is prepared and ready.
Assist in loading and unloading of passengers.
Maintain safety rules.
Be knowledgeable about the train, individual cars and scenic highlights.
Respond to any customer inquiries with accurate up-to-date information.
Provide superior customer service.
Maintain a current working knowledge of all events, services, and procedures by reviewing event information sheets and posted or verbal communication.
Provide First Aid/CPR/AED in the event of emergencies.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer conflicts, should they arise.
Read, write and communicate effectively with co-workers and the general public.
