Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant with 2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades. Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead troubleshooting analysis, perform functional configuration, and manage upgrade testing Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements and solving day-to-day issues. Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus. The Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management Consultant will proactively contribute to the overall support process, by suggesting & executing new process efficiencies, documenting common support issues and workarounds, to minimize the number of future support requests. A successful candidate will provide high-quality customer support, by working with client teams in gathering information to solve day-to-day system issues. They will also collaborate with the client team in performing upgrade activities such as system configuration, testing, and end-user training and work with Oracle to resolve service requests.
