Summary Administers radiation therapy as prescribed by a physician in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Travels between LVHN/LVPG Radiation Oncology sites as necessary. Trains and mentors new radiation therapists and students in addition to duties of the radiation therapist. Job Duties Delivers a prescribed course of radiation therapy to patients and provides continuous monitoring during treatment. Also known as CT technicians, CT technologists take diagnostic images of patients' internal structures using computerized tomography equipment. They ensure that patients are correctly positioned and closely monitored during CT scans.

The hybrid CT and diagnostic role involves covering both the CT and diagnostic departments in a mall neighborhood hospital during overnight shifts. The overnight technologist will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services in both modalities. Responsibilities Perform CT scans and diagnostic imaging procedures.
