We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technologist to join our growing team. Position Summary: We are looking for a qualified and dependable X-Ray Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with an emphasis on orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will be professional, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality radiographic imaging for orthopedic patients, including upper/lower extremities, spines, and joints Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort and safety Follow proper protocols to ensure accurate positioning and radiation protection Maintain and calibrate x-ray equipment as needed Accurately input and manage imaging records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system Collaborate with orthopedic providers to ensure appropriate imaging is performed to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding radiographic safety and patient confidentiality Support clinical team with occasional back-office tasks as needed Qualifications: ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required Valid Nevada Radiologic Technologist License Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics or a fast-paced outpatient setting Current BLS certification (preferred) Proficient in digital radiography and PACS systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively Why Join Us?
