In Sarasota, our physicians staff the Florida State University College of Medicine, hosting medical students in their 3rd and 4th years. We also invite residents from the FSU Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency programs to rotate in our departments.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$132,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Initiate peripheral IV access for PET scans and Pluvicto treatments per protocol
Monitor patients during imaging procedures while Nuclear Medicine staff attend to other patients
Observe patients for adverse reactions and report concerns promptly to licensed clinical staff
Assist with patient positioning and comfort during procedures
Rotate to Pluvicto support as scheduled
Maintain a clean, safe, and prepared clinical environment
Accurately document IV starts, patient monitoring, and observations in the EMR
Follow all Precision Healthcare Specialists policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements at all times
Scope of Practice
Perform IV starts and patient monitoring within Paramedic scope and facility protocols
No independent medication administration unless explicitly authorized and supervised per policy
No diagnostic interpretation or imaging operation responsibilities
No emergency transport or field response duties
