Summary * Performs a variety of imaging procedures, including advanced practice MRI scans, to obtain images for use in diagnosis and treatment of pathologies. Assists radiologists and other specialists in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures. Provides procedure-related patient care and education. Maintains records and documentation of procedures. Qualifications * Required o Registration with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and MRI OR ARMRIT licensure. o Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) / Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for healthcare provider's certification. o Knowledge of general anatomy, including high leve understanding of cross sectional anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
