Dean Hagen has over twenty years of experience in financial management of manufacturing industries domestically and internationally. He most recently was the CFO of a manufacturing company which specialized in high volume precision machining capabilities in milling, grinding, and assembly technologies where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, human resources and information systems. Prior to this, he spent 15 years at power tool manufacturing company where he held several key financial roles including a 3-year assignment in Hangzhou, China where he managed the accounting, purchasing, information systems, and human resources of 5 manufacturing facilities. He holds a CPA and MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Evanston, IL.

Called up for my extensive multi-cultural, and multi-lingual experience in general management, sales, marketing, digital transformation, alliance/partner building, growth, and business development, I have been involved in start-up and large enterprises within the North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Africa markets.
