1978

California Translation International (CTI) is a translation and interpretation agency that was established in 1978 under the name of California Translation Services.

1990

In 1990, it changed its name and acquired new ownership and management.

1992

The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) was founded in 1992 by three of the earliest recognized visionaries in coaching—Laura Whitworth, and Karen and Henry Kimsey-House—whose earlier collaboration with Thomas Leonard invented coaching as an industry.

1992 Launched first PC based billing for Sprint

2008

2008 Launched high available online billing: Analysis

2011

2011 Launched SmartInteraction Suite for Contact Center Interaction Recording and Quality Management

2013

2013 Released ‘Analysis RT‘ to help prevent ‘Bill Shock’
