Pros of working at CTI Industries

The Group was very interdependent. The workers were engaged with the Compay and the Company looked out for the needs of its employee's. I always looked forward to coming to work.

Cons of working at CTI Industries

There was a deep commitment towards increasing the production capacity of the plant, but the will and the capital to make the decisions to modernize the plant for Global competition seemed to fall behind the tools available.

CTI Industries benefits

They would celebrate milestones by having shared meals on some occasions where the office staff served the plant.
