You get a paycheck, upper leadership changes annually.

Cons of working at CTS Corporation

The Elkhart facility is a bad place to work. The directors manage by fear and intentionally create anxiety pinning employees against each other in a race to the bottom. Elkhart management is corrupt and only promotes or hires friends and family, if you are an outsider you will not be welcome.
