You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The Role
Client Team Support Associates are a critical member of the client engagement team. They work on a variety of assignments to provide comprehensive administrative support for the full lifecycle of client engagements and must be able to prioritize various projects in a fast-paced environment as well as provide support to Managing Directors (MDs) and client engagement team members.
Responsibilities include:
Provide general administrative support. Perform special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Assist with meeting coordination, planning, and preparation (i.e., presentations for team members)
Process expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reimbursement
Receive and process incoming processing requests
Manage MD calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements
Support client events, meetings, and presentations, including logistics and material preparation
Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Risk/Compliance, Asset Management)
Prepare, proofread and edit Job Arrangement Letters (JALs) in accordance with firm standards
Process and track engagement letters via e-signature platforms such as Docusign and tracker
Administer and maintain Client Acceptance Portal (CAP) entries for new and continuing client engagements, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and adhere to Andersen's compliance standards
Generate and distribute reports, as needed, for the client engagement teams
Create and track business development reports and activities for MDs
Provide front desk and reception coverage as needed, including greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, managing incoming mail, and supporting general administrative tasks
Assist with cleanup and organization following busy season lunches, events, and other office gatherings to ensure a tidy and professional workspace.
Compensation and Benefits

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs. (e.g., speakers, projectors, cables, lighting equipment).
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders/stairs frequently during event setup and equipment installation.
Ability to use fine motor skills for tasks like connecting cables, operating devices, and adjusting settings.
Vision required to read screens, troubleshoot displays, and identify small labels or ports.
Hearing required to monitor audio quality and communicate clearly with staff, vendors, and clients.
Must be able to follow technical instructions, multitask, and stay focused in high-pressure environments.
Be able to drive to pick up necessary parts for job project.
WORKING CONDITIONS / SCHEDULE
Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.
Schedule flexibility is required to accommodate events, evenings, weekends, and holidays. On non-event days, the hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Events can occur on nights and weekends and will require flexing the daily schedule to cover the events.
Some overtime may be required depending on event load or IT projects.
Work is primarily performed on-site at McGregor Square, with occasional support at Coors Field.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, AVIXA CTS) preferred.
At least 1-2 years of experience in AV support and IT help desk or technician work.
Comfortable working in a live production or event-based setting with changing demands.
Strong knowledge of AV signal flow, mixing, display systems, and control interfaces.
Proficient with common office applications and operating systems (Windows/mac OS).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Have a valid Driver's License
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly Rate: $27.00-$29.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position eligible for company benefits, including:

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on IT professional to support and own the core technology environment of a 115-person manufacturing organization. This role is primarily focused on desktop and user support, system reliability, cybersecurity, and day-to-day operational IT execution.
The IT Systems and Desktop Support Lead will be responsible for end-user computing, hardware, Microsoft 365, email, telephony, audio-visual systems, printers, security cameras, inventory control systems, and several cloud-based operational platforms including CMMS and ERP-related tools. The role also includes limited coordination with manufacturing control systems, including SCADA and Ignition environments, in collaboration with engineering and external specialists.
This position works closely with an external IT consulting partner while remaining the internal owner of systems, standards, documentation, and user experience.
End-User Support and Desktop Operations
Provide hands-on, on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, time clocks, and peripherals across office and manufacturing environments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues with an emphasis on responsiveness and uptime.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment provisioning, account creation, and access controls.
Systems and Platform Support
Administer Microsoft 365, including email, user accounts, licensing, security settings, and collaboration tools.
Support cloud-based platforms such as iMaint CMMS, inventory control systems, phone systems, and camera security systems.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure systems are stable, documented, and properly supported.
Audio-Visual and Collaboration Systems

Ensure reliable operation of Microsoft Teams and other collaboration platforms in meeting rooms.
Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues affecting meetings, training sessions, and executive communications.

Cybersecurity and System Reliability
Own day-to-day cybersecurity hygiene, including endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, patching, backups, and access control.
Monitor system health and proactively identify risks to uptime, data integrity, and security.
Support incident response activities in coordination with external IT partners.
Manufacturing and OT Coordination
Coordinate IT connectivity and user access related to manufacturing systems, including SCADA and Ignition interfaces.
Work with engineering and external integrators to ensure secure, reliable separation between IT and manufacturing environments.
Support documentation and access standards for IT-to-OT interfaces.
Vendor and Partner Coordination
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the external IT consulting partner.
Track issues, validate completed work, and ensure alignment with internal standards.
Coordinate third-party vendors for hardware, telecom, security, and AV services.
Documentation and Continuous Improvement
Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and asset inventories.
