What We're Looking For:
Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification
(preferred)
Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions

Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience
(preferred)
Must be at least 21 years of age

Supervises Low Complexity jobs on Stand-Alone or Rig Assist Unit equipment.
Supervises various aspects of Snubbing operations and personnel, which may include pre-job and preparation, mobilization, rig up, on site operations, rig down, on-site maintenance, safety, environmental assurance, de-mobilization, post job inventories, maintenance, well site logistics and set up. • Power Unit • Snub Winch • BOP Closing Unit Understands and performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as needed. Independently conducts required safety meetings (onsite and off). Uses independent judgment and discretion to identify specific topics to be addressed at each meeting. Answers questions raised by employees and takes follow-up action, when necessary to resolve issues that arise during day-to-day operations and safety-related issues or occurrences. Responsible for the accuracy and completion of data into MESO and all other applicable paperwork. Follows manager guidance concerning all Snubbing related operations. Ensures that all equipment assigned to them is properly functioning and all applicable procedures and tests are conducted in compliance with required standards. Monitors and makes recommendations which may affect conditions of employees' employment, including hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, compensation, disciplinary actions, or any other change of status of subordinate employees. Evaluates issues raised by management and exercise independent judgment and discretion to determine proper protocol for implementing changes, when necessary, with the district. Responsible for crew time sheets. Complies with all applicable CES Standards, SOPs, Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions and applicable Codes of Federal Regulations. Ensures crew is fit for duty, inspects rig up of 3rd party equipment, knows and understands Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) regulations, pressure testing hydraulic system, records pipe tallies, sets hydraulic pump pressures, troubleshoots hydraulic issues, completes JDR, and verifies permits/tags and loads plans. Other duties as assigned.
