Ensures crew is fit for duty, inspects rig up of 3rd party equipment, knows and understands Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) regulations, pressure testing hydraulic system, records pipe tallies, sets hydraulic pump pressures, troubleshoots hydraulic issues, completes JDR, and verifies permits/tags and loads plans.
