Responsibilities Maintain and repair equipment used in cement operations (i.e., tractors, cement pumps, bulk trucks, etc.) Respond to calls to perform repairs at job location Process work orders daily Monitors cement equipment to anticipate future maintenance needs Use diagnostic software to monitor engines or transmissions for needed repairs Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 6 months experience with regular or diesel mechanic work, preferred DL8 and Alison software knowledge, required Maintaining a valid, current driver's license and a clean driving record, required Basic communication skills, required; must be able to interact with team and follow directions Basic computer skills, required Current, valid CDL, preferred Freightliner maintenance experience, preferred Must provide own tools, service trucks will be provided for on-site work Consistently uphold a team player attitude and a hard work mentality Must be available to work a 14/7 shift, can safely perform required duties during a 12+ hour workday that will include days, nights, weekends, and holidays Must be physically able to safely lift 50 lbs. without assistance and 25 lbs. over head Must be physically able to stand or sit for extended periods, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout work shift.
