Maintains a log of all participants served during each contract period, including hard copies, and enters program participant records into the Pima County One-Stop and Goodwill computer system, and submits the log and monthly summary report for billing as requested by supervisor.
Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow written and verbal instruction.
Possess current AZ driver’s license, and personal transportation with proof of auto insurance.
Ability to provide support services by working with disabled/disadvantaged persons and assisting in the rehabilitation process of Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona, Inc.

**Qualifications:**
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
+ One year certificate or higher from college or technical school preferred; 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior teaching experience preferred.
**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
+ Must possess fluent use of the English language.
+ Ability to effectively communicate with members of the media and relate the Miraval experience in an authentic and personal manner.
+ Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations.
+ Ability to write reports, business correspondence and operational procedures.
