DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will perform routine work in the preparation of meals and the sanitation of food preparation and serving areas. Your work will involve preparing food as directed, lifting cases of food and beverage products, and loading and transporting food carts. You will also read and interpret color coding for special diets, assemble resident trays following a menu ticket, and set up the serving line as needed. Some of your duties will include loading and operating a dish machine, cleaning dining rooms and serving areas, and cleaning and sanitizing food preparation equipment. Additionally, you will record use of food and non-food items on inventory sheets and assist in the preparation for special functions. Interested in learning more? The rotation schedule will be 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. Lodging and three meals per day provided.
