Create high quality brand design solutions by directly executing design and leveraging internal/external design resources. The Designer must be able to sketch and articulate his/her creative thinking. Will have a strong understanding of graphic design as well as a good basic understanding of industrial design Great sketching skills and idea development techniques to create and communicate concepts Ability to work cross-functionally throughout the center to support Innovation and Design Collaborative, able to ideate and construct ideas within a team-based design environment Technically solid, able to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of media Storyboarding - Creating story flows, planning transitions, mapping out movements Design / Illustration - Creating all kinds of visual assets and layouts in a wide variety of illustrative styles. Direction - Researching complex subjects, developing treatments, keeping each project on time and within budget. A hands-on M&A role with involvement in all aspects of the corporate development function, including M&A strategy, valuation, synergy analysis and due diligence process management. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and will assist in evaluating deals, strategic fit and identifying adjacencies to drive inorganic growth. Job Description The Product Management Intern will report to the Product Manager for Household Softening & Filtration and support the flagship Product Management Team through preparing product content for CPort 2.0 and preparing training materials for Commercial and IoT product launches. Key Position Responsibilities: Prepare product data for CPort 2.0 by cleaning up descriptions, specs, content. Coordinate representative product photography, especially for components previously in “parts catalog”. Prepare training materials for Commercial / IoT product launches (IoT focus). Perform other Projects as assigned. Requirements: Rising senior working towards Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with online survey tools a plus. Prior experience with Product Management or Marketing is a plus. Job Description The Project Engineering Intern performs functions that improve product lines and current processes for commercial and industrial systems. This individual has basic knowledge of commonly used engineering concepts, practices, and procedures, and is comfortable using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. This role reports to the Engineering Manager or assigned Team Lead. Key Position Responsibilities: Utilize typical computer programs (Word/EXCEL/PowerPoint) to build or assist in building a standard sequence of operation used by the engineers, field service teams, and end users. Incorporation of AI is ideal. Utilize typical computer programs (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for new product line development assistance from concept to completion. Including creation of charted drawings and design work. Work with the Principal Engineer, Field Service, using AI or other tools to compile a training manual and assist in updating existing training material in PowerPoint. Learn the basic theory of operation and sizing for water treatment equipment, technologies, including Ion exchange, membrane, depth/carbon, chemical injection. Learn about typical components, construction methods, and materials for water treatment equipment, including pumps, valves, sensors, controls, etc. Provide feedback and input on possible improvements to design standards and procedures. Seek out mentorship from the Application Engineers and Design Engineers to begin learning more in-depth industry standards and complex jobs. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Upperclassman working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another scientific field. Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, Macros, File linkage, Lookups, etc. Basic understanding of the function of mechanical and electromechanical components, including pumps and valves, etc. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Acrobat, Word experience with Reference Tools a Plus. Experience using AI ( Copilot) to improve efficiency ideal. Basic understanding of SolidWorks. Basic understanding of AutoCAD.
