10 years of experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment with a focus on assembly and/or machining. 3-5 years experience in a Supervisory role with direct responsibility of 20+ employees/functions.
Associates Degree or applicable/proven accomplishments in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to present topics and information to a large audience in an appropriate manner.
Experience in actively leading Health and Safety programs.
Experience in actively leading Quality and Productivity programs or initiatives within assigned areas.
Experience and proficiency with business related computer programs Microsoft Office, ERP programs, Timekeeping systems, etc.
