We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded individual who has a desire to jump in and learn our injection molding machines and processes. Climb in and out of injection molding equipment in order to best perform mold and color changes

Maintain the work area, equipment and molds to provide the team with an organized workplace and proper tools
Responsible for machine safety and for following all prescribed lock out procedures
Other Responsibilities:
Schedule team machine assignments and break coverage in order to hit daily goals
Work alongside current Molding Supervisors, learning how to lead a small team (3-6) in the execution of daily production tasks and in continuous improvement
Practice writing and conducting employee performance evaluations
