This role plays a vital part in the daily operations of the Member Services department, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, helpful, and professional. You'll assist with member onboarding, conduct facility tours, process transactions, and serve as a key point of contact for all membership-related questions. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others reach their wellness goals.
