Didier Elzinga is the CEO & Founder of Culture Amp - the world's leading Culture Analytics platform. He was previously the CEO of Rising Sun Pictures (a leading Hollywood visual effects company) and founder of Rising Sun Research (winner of a Technical Academy Award). He is a non executive director at The Atlassian Foundation and The Alfred Research Foundation. He presents widely on culture and creativity and what it takes to build a culture first company in both Australia and Silicon Valley.

I became a Culture Amp founder from a background in architecture consulting and data modelling, particularly in the financial sector. I now spend most of my time with my sleeves rolled up in the trenches of product development honing my jquery, rails and mongo skills. I occasionally surface to give heed to my secondary responsibilities around the company's finances.

I have a diverse background including management positions in numerous departments and disciplines. I have thrived in both mature and startup environments in the software and internet sector. I am currently loving my role defining Content, Nurturing, and Customer marketing efforts at an amazing, high-growth company. Specialties: Execution, customer-centric POV, all aspects of B2B marketing, managing products from inception to launch, cloud, competitive analysis, project management, managing partner and customer relationships, leadership, customer service, evangelist, strong communication skills, a desire to learn new things and solve problems every day.

Rich Anstett is a Chief Sales Officer at Culture Amp and is based in Palo Alto, California. He has worked as SVP, Global Sales Reporting to the CEO at HackerRank; Sr. Director North America Sales and Operations at Øyvind Breilid; and SVP WW Sales Strategy, Alliances, and Operations Reporting to the CEO at Saba Software. Rich attended Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business between 1998 and 2000 and Texas Christian University between 1995 and 1999.

Jason is a research psychologist interested in tech-amplified research (he developed computer-game-like cognitive assessments to make his PhD more fun). Previously a founding team member with Kenexa Australia and Asia Pac Research Associate at Towers Watson. Often mistaken for Craig David on calls.
