Communication is hard between tem members and management is hard. Some team members work hard while other talk all day including shift managers. Lack of opportunities to grow. Low pay without opportunities of making more

50% off food but that's only if you schedule to work that day. Any other day is full price

I don't know CEO. Some of the leaders are young and immature, not all. There are some good managers that are very helpful too,

Treat everyone equally and with respect. Train team member better on the basics of teamwork. Train managers to understand that personal life issues need to be separated from work issues and team member are not at fault your their life issues

I did not. Preparing for an interview is like pretending or creating an alternative person of who you really are so you can get the job. All I did was to be there on time, be honest about who i am and a little bit of my background and my skills, i also mentioned what I was looking for and see if culvers was the right job for me, the manager that interviewed me was amazing, she asked all the right question and we like each other because we have the same vision

I have another job aside from culvers, at culvers I don't get paid as much as my other job but I do feel that is a very low pay

Culver's helped me get out of my comfort zone, I was not good about talking to people but we culvers we have to be intentionally about meeting guest expectation and we often have to check if they are doing okay. Welcoming them and wishing them a good day when they leave. Customer service is top
