    Position Overview: The Recovery Support Supervisor is a behavioral health professional and assists patients with substance use and mental health disorders and supervises the activities of a group of Recovery Support Specialists (RSS). Ensures schedules are maintained and all policies and procedures are followed in compliance with regulatory standards. The RSS Supervisor collaborates with members of the Leadership Team (LT) to help provide oversight of the milieu. Additionally, the Recovery Support Supervisor will oversee RSS programming and engagement at the site-level. Specific Responsibilities: Ensures that the department is achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to rounding timeliness and other KPIs that touch multiple departments that include, but are not limited to, group attendance, patient satisfaction survey completion, against advice discharges, patient length of stay, etc. Manages a group of Lead RSS to support the ongoing coaching and supervision of RSS.
