Education Requirements:

Minimum Education:
* Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education:
* Bachelor's degree in a business or related discipline preferred.
Minimum Experience:
* 4 years of progressive IT project management experience in enterprise environments.
* Experience managing departmental or business unit-level projects with moderate budgets.
* Familiarity with IT governance, vendor management, and financial tracking.
Preferred Experience:
* 4+ years leading IT projects or initiatives.
* Experience supporting project portfolios and managing budgets.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
* 2+ years' experience in the Retail industry preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
* PMP or CAPM certification preferred or willingness to attain.
* Six Sigma Certification a plus.
