* Communicates with the Coordinator of Testing regarding IT related issues and Prometric tech support to ensure that all technology and computer related needs are kept current to prevent any interruption in the delivery of exams; communicate with Prometric District Manager, Territory Operations Manager, and UNG Coordinator of Testing, as needed, to ensure that the needs of the Testing Centers are met; and maintain an effective working relationship with examinees, professional associates, and colleagues.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Preferred knowledge of standard professional proctoring duties and office practices, procedures, systems and equipment. Working knowledge of most computer office software, including BANNER, Windows, Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
