Duties and Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:
⢠Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly

⢠Provides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
⢠Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
⢠Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
Stocker Responsibilities:
⢠Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for the customer
⢠Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
⢠Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes
⢠Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
Physical Demands:
⢠Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store
⢠Stocker: Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights
