David Graziosi joined Allison Transmission in November 2007 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In January 2016, he was promoted to the additional role of President. In his time with Allison, Mr. Graziosi has been instrumental in all aspects of financial management, including debt and equity planning and execution, budgeting, pricing, and investor relations –including the company’s IPO in 2012. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York (SUNY) and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University.
