    Responsible of conducting internal audits (QMS, Mfg Process Audits, Product Audits) in an organization. Plan and lead trainings, root causea analysis and resolution of non-conformances. Demonstrate technical understanding of mfg processes, its risk analysis and control plans. When needed help conduct PQC (Product Quality Council), pull together presentation of management review etc. Also conduct other QMS related activities needed to perform QMS processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Corrective Actions : Initiate, approve, and monitor corrective actions for audit findings, ensuring timely resolution and preventing recurrence. 5. Maintain Audit Documentation : Own and maintain the audit plan/schedule and records for ISO/IATF internal audits and manufacturing process audits, ensuring thorough documentation and traceability. 6. Lead QMS Audits : Plan, perform, and lead various QMS audits (quality management system, manufacturing process, product) per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, issuing OFIs and non-conformances as needed. 7. Train and Support : Participate in training and supporting the implementation of AIAG Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP), enhancing team competence and process effectiveness. 8. Facilitate Root Cause Analysis : Lead root cause analysis (3P5Y) for corrective actions, training stakeholders to ensure robust problem-solving and continuous improvement.
