The Welder will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and repairing metal structures and equipment using welding techniques and tools. Duties and Responsibilities: • Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements. • Perform welding tasks using appropriate techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), or flux-cored arc welding (FCAW). • Inspect and ensure welds meet structural specifications and quality standards. • Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. • Fabricate and assemble metal parts by cutting, shaping, and welding components. • Repair broken or cracked parts and rework defective welds as necessary. • Grind, cut, or clean welds and surfaces using power tools. • Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations. • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and orderly condition. • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines. • Perform other duties as assigned.
