Provide quality air duct cleaning and related services to customers
Follow NADCA STANDARDS
Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning
Move and/or lift equipment
Remove all registers and returns, seal in preparation of the duct cleaning
Clean and mark if needed, all registers and returns, then place back in the original position
Assist in the set-up/tear-down of equipment
Assist in the cleaning of the air ducts
Vacuum and clean all registers
Assist in clean-up of work area, account for all tools and equipment
Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer's home
Good communication skills

Responsibilities
With guidance from Regional Manager/Director, is responsible for the business decisions of the site, including reviewing accuracy of financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, capital expenditures, payroll and other financial activities necessary to maintain financial overview of the location. Responsible for adherence to Company training programs.
Monitor the Company's Quality program in the station and ensure conformity and implementation of standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, state, local, and Company safety laws, regulations, policies, and procedures on site and at any remote job site. Coordination of safety matters with Company Safety Officer.
Assignment of a Site Safety Representative.

Follow directions and work professionally with other crew members.

General Purpose of Job:
Engineering Interns with Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc. provides hands-on learning experiences directly related to skills needed in a full-time Construction Engineer career. Interns will have the opportunity to develop and learn key roles and functions in construction engineering. Some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to; reviewing shop drawings, submittals, schedules, take offs, pay requests, contract changes and project documentation.
Functional Responsibilities for Engineer Interns:
Support both administrative and construction activities as assigned by supervisor; review proposals, specifications and drawings, perform material takeoffs, prepare cost estimates.
Learn to work with subcontractors and communicate with vendors.
Learn to track cost and materials, schedule equipment and follow safety program.
Maintain records as required for job progress, costs, material usage etc..
Learn and assist with planning and scheduling of job and/or job segments.
Identify problems and recommend solutions/alternatives as appropriate.
Review plans and specifications to determine material requirements, pricing etc...
Position Requirements:
Actively pursuing a bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or related degree.
Committed to the construction industry.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid drivers license and transportation preferred.
