Pros of working at CRG Global

Absolutely nothing

Cons of working at CRG Global

Corporate manages by threats, fear, and intimidation. There is no recourse with HR because their hands are tied and the best they can do is “talk to” the hostile project manager/director of field operations. It is TRULY a hostile work environment. Pay is low. Raises are non existent Hours are long and corporate expects facility (salaried) managers to work 7 days a week, and often times 20-30 hours of OT a week in an attempt to keep labor costs at or below 11 percent. Never an encouraging word or praise. Just threats, snide and sarcastic emails, and threats.
