I worked for this company for more than 7 years, the money was ok when serving we had fun and cared for one another, I was promoted to the top spot as GM after being the AGM for many years.
My work followed me everywhere so my phone never stopped ringing. It was a 50 hour a week job for very little money. Once I was put on salary I was paid less than the average of any restaurant manager in town.
Being able to see my beloved regular guests day in and day out and being able to make them smile and forget about there troubles for a little bit I have always enjoyed making people happy.
