About Our Opportunity

We are seeking safety minded team members with an attention to detail for a Cup Former Operator opportunity in Montoursville, PA on 2nd shift (3P-11P). The cup former operator position supports the business through machine operation and ensuring product meets all quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Starts, stops, and clears jams from the equipment.
• Changes labels or wrapper film as needed.
• Maintains product quality.
• Accurately completes required paperwork and cycle counts.
• Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others, and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
• A commitment to company-wide quality and safety is required.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year prior experience and/or training in the distribution/manufacturing environment preferred.
