Responsibilities

Working Plumber Responsibilities (Primary Function)

Support emergency or escalated calls requiring advanced technical expertise

Washington State PL01 or PL02 License (required)
5+ years of residential plumbing service experience

Contract Description
Your services support the Veterans Benefits Administration Medical Disabilities Examinations program. Veterans are scheduled for appointments at contracted facilities for compensation and pension exams and embeds practitioners in facilities as needs warrant. Dedicated facilities are in areas where there is a large Veteran population with the potential for high volume.
The compensation and pension exam helps the VA answer questions about Veterans? current health. The practitioners will not decide the percent of disability or rating, develop treatment plans, or prescribe medication.
Completed documentation is sent to the VA for final determination on all disability claims.
Prior to the exam, the practitioner reviews a Veteran?s medical or mental health history, using electronic bookmarks that highlight the portions applicable to the Veteran?s claimed condition.
The practitioner is guided through a web-based examination form in Client?s Provider Portal to capture the Veteran?s responses during the exam.
Electronic exam documentation is known as a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) and must be submitted promptly within 48 hours of each appointment.
The number of DBQs completed per exam will vary based on the Veteran?s claimed conditions.
Administrative time is provided to complete exam documentation and ensure timely submission.
The documentation is reviewed by a team of medical professionals to ensure contract compliance and guarantee the verbiage aligns with customer requirements.
Requests for changes or corrections to exam documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of the appointment.
Review pertinent medical history documentation and provide one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams for Veterans.
The Practitioner will capture responses during the exam through a web-based examination form; all documentation will be completed electronically.
Completed exams are sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations.
General Medical take 45 minutes to several hours, depending on number of disabilities being claimed; Practitioner will be provided an approximate appointment length estimate for each scheduled exam, based on the Veteran?s claim(s)
General Medical Exams:
Common exams include musculoskeletal, cardio, and respiratory
Ancillaries (X-rays, labs, EKGs, PFTs, ABIs) may be ordered and will be conducted on location or nearby
Education/Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a master?s degree in Nursing (NP) or successfully completed an approved Physician Assistant (PA) program.
Primary care experience is required. Qualified candidates must be actively licensed and able to work independently and as part of a team, have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing situations. Candidates must possess basic computer skills.

While all on-site positions promote and exude warm and helpful service, the RRS position specifically focuses on "Five-Star" service excellence. The RRS is tasked with understanding residents expressed and unexpressed preferences and executing a full-service hospitality platform under the direction of the GM. The RRS is customer focused with excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills and has a "can do" attitude. They must understand and adopt all community management tools (communications mediums, software, etc.) daily to enhance the lifestyle of every resident.
In addition, the RRS supports and executes administrative tasks as directed by the Board of Directors and management. This position requires skilled representation (verbal, written, visual) at all times, with peak emphasis on delivering friendly, helpful and professional service to all residents, co-workers and management.
Schedule: Part-time, Thursdays & Fridays 3PM - 11PM and Sundays 7AM - 3PM
Compensation: $24-26/hr
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Your Responsibilities:
* Identifies and clarifies residents expressed and unexpressed needs, answers questions and gives direction and instructions in a professional helpful manner.
* Answers the telephone within two rings, using correct salutations, personal identification and telephone etiquette.
* Takes, records and relays messages accurately, completely and legibly.
* Documents all pertinent information in resident logbook(s) throughout their shift.
* Responsible for all package distribution (incoming and outgoing) for the property
* Monitors all property access points (gates, garages, doors, elevators, pool) through the operation of Closed-Circuit Television where applicable. Reports all suspicious activity to proper authority to ensure continued resident safety.
* Complies with service expectations and company standards as well as policies and procedures.
* Accommodates Resident requests expediently and courteously within 24 hours of initial call. Follows up with person assigned to task and Resident to ensure completion of the request.
* Attends and participates in designated meetings or functions as required by the General Manager or the Board of Directors.
* Maintains a list of residents needing special assistance in case of an emergency and is an active member on the emergency response team.
* Informs all vendors of building rules and regulations.
* Assists with move-in questions new residents may have and redirects them should they need to refer to a different department.
* Assures all visitors are registered and authorized by homeowner to be on property.
* Assures all pets, vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles are properly registered and logged
* Ensures people sent downstairs to the valet parking garage have a valid parking ticket
* Maintains complete knowledge and complies with the HOA's policies and procedures.
* Maintains fresh organized workstations with necessary supplies throughout shift as well as administers the cleanliness of the building's entrance and lobby.
* Maintains current vendor information to accommodate all resident requests.
* Stays current on notices sent from the HOA to different floors in lobby being worked on to answer any questions should residents' approach.
* Makes accurate timekeeping and payroll entries each day in accordance with company policy.
* Completes daily tasks and projects assigned by supervisor and Director of Operations including, but not limited to, newspaper delivery, package audit and daily task page completion.
Skills & Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalency required. College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
* Will possess past Resident Services, Customer Service and/or Hospitality experience.
* Is highly organized and detailed oriented with a "can do" team player attitude.
* Has excellent communication and customer service skills and is administratively strong.
* Is proficient in MS Office with the willingness and ability to learn company internal software.
* Is able to multitask while working at times under pressure and in a diverse environment.

Perform setup incidental for welding operations, working from blueprints, sketches, other authorized documents and/or oral instructions. Weld any gauge materials where welded areas are subject to high pressure or extreme stress and where care must be taken to prevent leaks and cracks.
* Weld flat, vertical or overhead areas, or in difficult positions and areas difficult of access. Recognize need for and pre-heat materials as necessary and minimize warpage by proper location of weld and stress relieving methods. Form and shape details, as required. Improvise welding aids such as paper templates, locating devices, holding blocks, etc.
* Perform surface preparation of parts such as cleaning, sanding, grinding, polishing and some assembly of parts. Clean and dress welds including the cutting and repairing of unacceptable weld joints.
* Check own work for conformance to specifications. Must pass and maintain required certifications. Use all necessary equipment, tools and materials required to perform work as a journeyman. Must be able to climb and weld from ladders, scaffolds roofs, and in pits. Maintain good shop practices.

* Must be able to pass multiple welder qualification tests
* Minimum of three (3) years GTAW 2G and 3G experience in a production environment
* Available to work any shift

Job Responsibilities:
Park & Sports Operations

Administrative & Customer Service
* Handle customer service calls and issue resolution related to park and pickleball operations.

* Coordinate and attend meetings or site walk-throughs as requested.
Flex Assignment & Operational Support
* Shift responsibilities to other park and sports operational needs during periods of low pickleball participation or inclement weather.
* Assist with inspections, event setup/breakdown, signage, vendor coordination, or special projects as assigned.
* Perform additional duties consistent with park and sports operations as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
* May participate in various meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
* Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
* Demonstrates excellent organizational, written, and oral skills.

You Will:
Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, and file management.
Assist the project management team with progress updates and reporting for client review.
Aid in document control processes such as drafting submittals, RFI's and change orders.
Assist the preparation of bid packages, helping to solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids.
Conduct various preconstruction procedures by reviewing proposals, specifications, and drawings, executing material takeoffs, preparing cost estimates, and attending internal team meetings and client job walks.
Collaborate with onsite superintendents and field-based teams to assist with project layout, construction drawing, trade coordination, verification of site conditions, safety, and quality control inspections.

Skills/Qualifications
