Management was super nice, they listen to their employees, pay increases were great, truly enjoyed working in the manufacturing section, other employees were alway there to lend me a hand, kept you trained and well informed of new and easier ideas and they are a company that likes “work smarter, not harder”.
I enjoyed the perks they had for you as Employee Recognition Month! I truly enjoyed that you were just not a number, but a person. If you had a problem… they listened. Great place to work, glad I was given a chance.
The best thing I liked about the CEO as he would walk around and talk to us. He cared about his Co and people around him. Leadership team was respectful, made sure all your questions were answered. I felt like a truly valued employee.
I prepared for my interview by googling their name online and see what can of medical products they made. I want to do something to help people in some healthy way.
