The ideal candidate will have strong circulating and scrubbing skills, proficiency in Epic, and experience in multiple surgical service lines, including neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, free flaps, and robotics (Da Vinci). Oncology OR experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients across multiple surgical specialties.
Circulate and scrub for various procedures including general, orthopedic, thoracic, ENT, and robotic surgeries.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using Epic.
Participate in call rotation as scheduled, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
Adhere to all hospital safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications
License: Active RN license in Ohio or Compact state license in hand at time of submission.
Experience: Minimum 2 years recent OR nursing experience required.

We have an exciting opening for an EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT HOLDING REGISTEREDNURSE (RN). CREDENTIALS
Current CPR at least to the BLS NIHSS ACLS level; TNCC and/or PALS, as required by client facility; and other health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and/or regulatory agencies.
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS

Performs appropriate treatments and therapies as ordered by physician in an appropriate and timely fashion.
Performs hemodynamic monitoring as ordered by physician in an appropriate manner.
Provides individualized patient and family teaching.
Documents patient assessments, findings, and psychosocial responses to nursing interventions
Initiates emergency measures according to adult, pediatric and client advanced resuscitation protocols.
Maintains confidentiality related to patient, family, client facility and staff in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Advocates patient rights with respect to advance directives and organ donation.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and manage cardiac, heparin, and insulin drips (non-titration)
Provide wound, drain, and chest tube management, as well as TR band and sheath removal when needed
Perform IV starts, blood product administration, and central/PICC line maintenance
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic EMR
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
Float to other PCU or telemetry units as needed
Maintain patient safety standards, infection control, and proper equipment use
Qualifications
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license (required)

Proficient in accessing, and maintaining SPC/PIV/Midlines, CVAD (PICC/Implanted Ports), SCIG, phlebotomy and lab processing. Follows proper infection control measures.
Coordinates the planning for delivery of nursing care with the Director of Nursing and administers appropriate clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care. Proactively updates client/patients' POC, health changes, and other related incidents.
Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific differences in the patient population including physiological and developmental differences unique to each group.
Ensures safe care to patients; adheres to all policies, procedures, and standards, including time management, supply management productivity and quality of service
Willingness to travel within assigned geographic region. Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and can be on call for field visits as determined by business needs.
Administers CPR and other emergency procedures, as necessary.
Qualifications:
Licensed as a RegisteredNurse through the State Board of Nursing required.
Home health experience preferred - Can perform assessments, wound care, medication management, infusions.
Minimum of two years medical surgical or critical care/ER experience preferred.
Minimum of one-year recent infusion experience preferred.
Proof of current PPD, current CPR- hands-on class required
Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience

REQUIREMENTS OF THE RN POSITION:
Completion of an accredited RegisteredNurse program of study.
Current and unencumbered license in the state of practice.
At least one year of CVICU experience required
Level I Trauma experience prefered
BLS, ACLS and NIHSS Certification required
Experience with A- Lines vents drips sheaths dialysis and draw ABGs
Background screening as required by the state or contract.

Maintains confidentiality related to patient, family, client facility and staff in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Complies with accepted ethical conduct and professional standards of nursing practice as set forth by the American Nurses Association or equivalent nursing organization.
