Position Overview
Phil is seeking a talented and experienced Pharmacy Warehouse Technician to help support the closed door prescription drug wholesale operation at our Columbus, OH warehouse location. This role will focus on managing day to day inventory tasks, packing sales orders quickly, accurately and with efficiency while also ensuring we meet regulatory compliance at a state and Federal level. This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of Phil and our Patients.
Location Requirements:
This position is ONSITE at our Columbus, OH location.
Working hours: 8:30AM-5PM M-F
40hrs a week with no overtime
Responsibilities:
Managing day to day inventory tasks
Ordering and receiving drugs from manufacturers
Maintaining adequate stock levels for drugs packaging, and office supplies
Ensuring proper temperature and humidity controls for drug storage
Processing purchase orders, invoices, and credits to and from vendors
Packing sales orders quickly and efficiently with accuracy in mind
Completing all tasks with consideration for regulatory compliance at the state and federal level
Building strong relationships using spoken and written communication with vendors, customers, couriers and colleagues
Assisting with partner orders
Assisting our California teams remotely with orders, invoices, credits, etc.
Qualifications:
Able to adapt to mid-level software programs
General pharmacy knowledge is a plus but not required
Prior MS Office, Google Suite knowledge a huge plus
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Can repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day with little to no assistance
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented, accuracy driven
Able to work independently
Ohio Pharmacy Technician License ( Preferred but not required)
PTCB License ( Preferred but not required)

Position Overview
PHIL is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pharmacy Technician based in Ohio to support our growing pharmacy operations team. This role will focus on ensuring the accurate preparation, processing, and distribution of prescription medications, as well as supporting the pharmacist in day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, ensuring quality, and helping patients get the care they need in a timely manner.

Accurately preparing and labeling prescriptions under the direction of a licensed pharmacist
Entering prescription data and verifying patient information in pharmacy systems
Managing inventory and assisting in ordering pharmaceutical supplies
Communicating with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies as needed
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including those required by the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
Supporting a smooth workflow by maintaining a clean and organized work area
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve prescription-related issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Ohio Certified Pharmacy Technician license (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably retail or mail-order
Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and basic computer applications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in the state of Ohio

About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician at Truepill, you will play a vital role in supporting our Pharmacy Operations team by strategically managing product orders, conducting accurate cycle counts, and collating supply chain data. The Dispensary Technician is responsible for providing our patients with an extraordinary experience. Through meaningful interaction and knowledgeable answers, the Dispensary Technician fosters an environment that is compassionate, genuine, and respectful. Duties and Responsibilities
Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each patient by explaining potential benefits of the Premium Cannabis products offered.
Ensures patient questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely. Communicates any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately
Oversees patient intake process, ensuring that appropriate patient records and paperwork are submitted, and confidential information is maintained appropriately.
Accountable for accurately receiving, coordinating, and fulfilling patient orders by utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems in compliance with AYR Wellness, local and state policies.
Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creating an engaging environment, and assisting in keeping the dispensary properly stocked, clean, tidy and in operating order while keeping a “Patient first” acuity
Follows compliance practices and prevents the diversion of medical cannabis to anyone other than authorized patients.
Assists in processing and monitoring floor stock and participates in daily inventory counts.
Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treats everyone with dignity and respect, while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.
Performs opening and closing procedures.
Above all else, act as the critical link between AYR Wellness and our patients by providing an amazing, stress-free and helpful patient experience.
