A day in the life:
The Porter is responsible for maintaining the daily cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of public and operational spaces within the building and responds to special Building Management requests and work orders. Responsibilities
Service all public and operational spaces throughout the building.
Maintain the plaza and parking garage areas as specified.
Ensure elevator cars are clean and presentable.
Preserve the lobby and first impression areas.
Uphold the exterior appearance of the building.
Maintain restroom cleanliness and hygiene.
Check and restock restroom supplies regularly.
Monitor and clean building grounds.
Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the dock area.
