Work is of a changing nature and initiative must be used to be able to handle different situations as necessary. **DUTIES:** + Performs a variety of duties involving the maintaining and cleaning of Arapahoe County facilities. Essential functions include but are not limited to: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing restroom facilities and fixtures, replenishing restroom supplies, dusting and polishing furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment, emptying, cleaning and sanitizing centralized waste receptacles and removing debris, assisting with outside trash bins and debris, and washing windows, mirrors and walls. + Responds to on-site inquiries from the building occupants and staff and help resolve custodial service requests. + Must have ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Ability to adapt to changing job priorities and conditions. **REQUIREMENTS:** Skills, Abilities and Competencies: + Adaptable to change and support directives given by leadership. + Ability to effectively communicate in English language, both verbally and in writing and follow oral and written instructions.
