The Custodian will be responsible for performing various custodial duties to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. * Cleans, sweeps, scrubs, and mops floors, stairways, halls, and other surfaces. Salvageable belongings are then inventoried, cleaned, and stored in boxes and crates in a climate-controlled facility until the pack-back (returning of personal belongings) is scheduled to take place. In addition, a Cleaning Technician works at different jobsites to clean structures such as walls and ceilings of a home or business to remove soot from a fire or other debris and works closely with the Project Manager for post construction cleans (i.e. cleaning of drywall dust, construction debris, etc.). Other opportunities in this role include general property cleaning when scheduled. As a Cleaning Technician, your time will be spent both at the shop as well as at specific jobsite locations (residential and commercial).
