Responsibilities:
1. Annual Work: Clean walls, glass; strip floors and reseal; strip stairways, handrails, etc.; move furniture out of rooms; wash down furniture; cleaning boilers; painting.
2. As Needed Work: Shoveling 30 path to all doors during snowstorms; general repairs; changing light bulbs; replacing water in coolers; sanding and salting during winter; cutting grass and maintaining grounds; removing graffiti; replenish supplies.
3. Daily Work: Sweeping stairways; sweeping entrance; spot mopping classrooms; cleaning toilets; sweeping bathrooms and service grounds; removing trash; sweeping lunchrooms; opening and/or closing building.
4. Weekly Work: Mopping stairways (or as needed); mopping all floors (or as needed); cleaning out barrels.
