The Floor Tech is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas. Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs). Willing to complete other duties as assigned.

**Basic Qualifications:**
- Must be 18 years of age or older

c. Installs specialty equipment and components including chalkboards, maps) pictures, plaques, shelving, etc.
d. Assists maintenance mechanics and other team members in project work set-up, specific repair work and area clean up in support of various repair and project jobs.
e. Completes required work order forms and follow-ups on repair orders to assure that maintenance is completed in a timely manner.
f. Operates various types of equipment and machinery which includes: hand trucks, vacuum cleaners, carpet shampoo machine, floor buffer/polisher, steam cleaner, washing machine and dryer, cleaning agent pumps, etc, Uses small hand tools including: screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, drills, saws, and related equipment.
3.
